Nice to meet you! I am a self-taught baker, and lover of anything and everything sweet!

I have worked as a primary school teacher since leaving my uni life behind. I have always adored baking but my twelve hour days as a teacher left me with very little time (and energy!) to take it any further, until...

I emigrated to Australia! I am originally from the North East of England and made the decision to emigrate to Australia back in March 2020. I have lived in Shell Cove since arriving and it is safe to say, I absolutely love my wonderful life here in Aus - so much so, I am now officially an Aussie citizen!

Between teaching, taking on a Master degree, and since arriving in Australia, my love for baking has been rediscovered. I decided to take the plunge and transform my passion for baking into my very own business venture!

I specialise in buttercream cakes for all occasions and love nothing more than transforming my customer's ideas into a reality. I also offer a wide range of luxury cupcakes and brownies, including brownie stacks and matching cupcakes for your larger cakes!
